Mixed-Use Building Model
Overview
This scale model represents a mixed-use building organized as a series of shifting, cantilevered white volumes, each level offset from the one below to create layered terraces, deep shadow lines, and a strong sense of horizontal movement.
A defining feature of this print is the bold orange element that threads through the massing. This wasn't a decorative choice, it's the signature of the project, representing the concept's driving idea and giving the design its identity.
Produced for architectural presentation purposes, this model demonstrates our ability to translate complex cantilevered massing, multi-material printing, and concept-driven design intent into a refined, exhibition-ready physical form.
